• Monetization: Define monetization plan, optimize game monetization between player segments, including but not limited to optimizing in-game sales/top-up promotions, improving user payment channels, pricing strategy, etc.
• Product Operations: Enrich the game with several layers of activities, driving all stages of these activities' planning and development to attract new users, retain existing ones, and re-engage churned users across various channels.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on FCO users’ insights, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to propose/create new feature/campaign to drive business goals and user experience
• Performance Optimization:

1. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, using A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
2. Propose/Develop new feature/tools to support Excellent Operation

• Experience:  At least 1 year working experience in product operations, monetization, strategy consulting, BA, BI or related fields in Digital Product industry
• Background: Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional business analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, perform A/B testing, and use statistical methods to derive actionable insights, including capabilities in market research, understanding target audiences, and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft office
• A deep love for Football & Gaming is a must-have.
• Soft Skills: Razor-sharp analytical mind, excellent problem-solving abilities, and clear, impactful communication skills.
• Language: Fluent in English (must-have)
