You will lead end-to-end campaign development from planning and execution to continuous optimization to achieve strategic business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Job Description
  • Drive hyperlocal marketing campaign strategy, from planning, logistics,  implementation and continuous evaluation.
  • This entails preliminary research and alignment with local stakeholders and by extension, external partners,  throughout the planning and implementation.
  • Fully leverage on the product offerings (events, revenue contents) to ensure lower channel cost
  • Closely monitor marketing funnel KPIs and fluidly navigate and adapt/readjust on the go, to drive end results, and maintain close alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive adoption and usage of the payment channel product
  • Identify target user segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitor offerings
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and user feedback to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4–7 years of proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong track record in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning; expert in creative, media, and PR promotions
  • Highly creative; able to see the big picture and level up the team's creative ideas, but detailed and meticulous in analysis, tracking, and metrics
  • Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with experience in leading a project or a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
