The Garena Management Trainee (GMT) 2026 is Thai’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create purposeful impact in the gaming industry and become future leaders of technology and entertainment. The program consists of 4 rotations, each lasting 6 months, giving you in-depth and diverse exposure across Garena’s core businesses.

• Navigate with Leaders: Report directly to C-suite and senior executives for mentorship in at least one rotation.
• Create Impact: Lead projects across gaming

3) What Are the Possible Rotations?

You’ll tackle high-impact projects and gain experience in functions critical to Garena’s success. Each rotation is matched with business needs and your career aspirations.

Possible functions include:

• Product Management: Develop and improve features players love.
• Operations: Manage live products as dynamic, evolving services.
• Marketing: Tell Garena’s story to millions of players worldwide.
• Esports: Build community engagement through tournaments, from grassroots to global stages. …and more!

4) Selection Process

• Application: 28th August – 10th October 2025
• Online Assessment: Late October – Early November 2025
• Behavioral Interview: Early November – Mid November 2025
• Case Interview: Late November – Early December 2025
• Interview with Senior Leaders & Executives: December 2025

Who Are We Looking For?

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (any discipline).
• 0 to 2 years of full-time work experience (as of 31st October 2025).
• Excellent in English and communication skills.
• Graduation completed or on track by June 2026, and able to join full-time by July 2026.
