Community Management (Shooter games) (Contract)
Job Description
- Monitor and summarize report on community sentiment across official social media platforms and relevant gaming groups.
- Collect and summarize key performance metrics from all social media platforms.
- Engage with the community by replying to key comments on social media platforms and groups related to the game.
- Monitor and report key activities, performance and sentiment on competitor games.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of community campaigns.
- Publish content according to the content plan across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Job Requirements
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail by ensuring all tasks, including scheduling and copywriting, are error-free; takes full responsibility for completing tasks professionally and on time, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking outreach.
- Passion in games: Interest in gaming and gaming content creators. Actively follows gaming trends; engaged with creator communities across platforms.
- Good at English.
- Comfortable with all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Discord)
- Comfortable with google sheets
