Job Description
  • Plan, execute, and optimize monetization strategies to drive sales revenue, including but not limited to in-game sales, top-up promotions, pricing initiatives, and improvements to user payment flows.
  • Analyze and continuously improve key revenue metrics such as payer penetration rate, average revenue per user (ARPU/ARPPU), retention of paying users, and campaign ROI.
  • Oversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activities.
  • Ensure broad accessibility and a smooth payment channel experience by working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve payment methods, success rates, and transaction reliability.
  • Maximize revenue through sustainable, player-centric tactics and marketing efforts that balance short-term sales impact with long-term player trust and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute monetization campaigns, track performance, and iterate based on insights and player feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering or related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or professionals with relevant experience in revenue management or equivalent, preferably from the gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical ability with good numerical sense, and proficiency in Google Sheets (or similar tools) to interpret data and translate it into clear, meaningful insights.
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and drive alignment among stakeholders.
  • Strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
