Singapore Product Management Experienced (Individual Contributor)

Shared Game Services (SGS) provides core platform services to all games published by Garena. Services include but not limited to authentication, payment, and mobile SDK.

We’re looking for a product manager to join us, to explore, execute, iterate, and deliver services for users around the world.

Job Description
  • Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into product strategy and clear specifications; lead end-to-end design and delivery of key payment capabilities in Mshop and in-game revenue features.
  • Drive cross-team alignment to address dependencies, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback from partner teams.
  • Own routine SGS PM operations, including supporting projects at different publishing stages, monitoring and troubleshooting alerts, supporting major game events, and managing incident/emergency response to ensure service stability. 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience driving product shaping from discovery to launch, with demonstrated business impact and user outcomes (e.g., revenue lift, conversion improvement, reduced payment friction).
  • Strong product execution fundamentals: PRD writing, requirement clarification, prioritization, delivery tracking, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams; able to influence and align under ambiguity.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment; hands-on in troubleshooting and incident coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
  • Team-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.
