Senior Associate, Product Management
Job Description
- Lead the development and optimisation of payment-related platform services, including transaction flows, payment integrations, and regional payment capabilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned payment domains, balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and operational scalability.
- Define product requirements, prioritise initiatives, and manage delivery from concept development through launch and post-release iteration.
- Partner with internal teams and external payment providers to support localisation requirements, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance across markets.
- Communicate product priorities, implementation context, and rollout progress to align technical and business stakeholders effectively.
- Track operational and product performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities, improve reliability, and enhance user transaction experience.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, preferably from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of relevant full-time experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, and/or related technology/engineering roles. Candidates with relevant full-time experience in both payments domain and the gaming industry will be preferred
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Passion for and a strong understanding of the gaming industry
