The Garena Management Trainee (GMT) 2027 is Thai’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create purposeful impact in the gaming industry and become future leaders of technology and entertainment. The program consists of 4 rotations, each lasting 6 months, giving you in-depth and diverse exposure across Garena’s core businesses.

• Navigate with Leaders: Report directly to C-suite and senior executives for mentorship in at least one rotation.
• Create Impact: Lead projects across gaming

3) What Are the Possible Rotations?

You’ll tackle high-impact projects and gain experience in functions critical to Garena’s success. Each rotation is matched with business needs and your career aspirations.

Possible functions include:

• Product Operations: Turn player insights into product strategies.
• Revenue Management: Plan in-game activities and manage in-game items.
• Marketing: Create campaigns that connect with millions of players.
• Esports: Build community engagement through tournaments, from local communities to global stages.

Plus, you may also explore opportunities across Shared Services — including People Team, Production, Web Development, Customer Service, and more — to gain a broader view of how our business runs behind the scenes.

Who Are We Looking For?

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (any discipline).
• 0 to 2 years of full-time work experience (as of 30th September 2026).
• Excellent in English and communication skills.
• Graduation completed or on track by June 2027, and able to join full-time by July 2027.
