Bangkok Marketing Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Job Description
  • Own assigned campaigns end-to-end, from strategy, planning, execution, optimization, to post-campaign reporting.
  • Translate business direction into clear campaign direction, including big idea, audience insight, messaging, creative angle, and execution plan.
  • Manage creative and media execution across owned, paid, and earned channels, including content briefs, creative reviews, and publishing readiness.
  • Coordinate with Designers, KOL, Community, Events, and other teams while managing campaign budget and performance against KPIs.
  • Manage 1–2 campaign supporters and deliver campaign plans, content plans, post-mortem reports, and learnings for future improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in marketing campaign planning, brand/content marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Active RoV player (at least 3 days/week), or a former active player with a proven history (30+ games/month for 2 consecutive months) and previously achieved Conqueror rank.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns from planning to launch with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong campaign strategy and planning skills.
  • Good project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

Good to have

  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, creators, or community marketing.
  • Experience in paid media or collaborating with media agencies.
  • Experience leading or mentoring interns, junior team members, or campaign supporters.
