As a Senior Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and overseeing learning and development programs within our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, design curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences for our employees. Your focus will be on enhancing individual and organizational performance through continuous learning initiatives.

You will serve as a bridge between Garena and the student community, helping us better understand our talents and how we can strengthen our presence on campus.

이 포지션은 채용 운영부터 한국 오피스의 인사·노무 관련 업무, 운영 예산 및 비용 처리, 싱가포르 본사와의 업무 협업까지 폭넓게 경험할 수 있는 역할입니다.

특히 본사 재무팀, 법무팀, 유관부서와의 커뮤니케이션이 필요한 만큼 체계적인 업무 처리 능력과 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량이 중요합니다.

원칙을 지키면서도 유연하게 협업하고, 한국 오피스의 운영 안정성과 조직 성장을 함께 만들어갈 인사·총무 담당자를 기다립니다.
