Research Support (Chinese Interpreter & Operations Support)
As a research support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects, facilitating the delivery of research insights in Chinese, and ensuring seamless operations throughout the research process.
Job Description
- Do a Chinese interpretation and assist the research team in delivering high-quality insights in Chinese in both verbal and written settings
- Recruit players to engage in qualitative research via chat messenger and phone calls.
- Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth project execution
Job Requirements
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Fluent in listening and speaking Chinese (experience in Chinese interpreter role is a plus)
- A team player with solid experience in managing multiple projects, good in coordination and communications
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia
- Able to work offline in the Jakarta area during qualitative research sessions
