HR Manager
As an HR Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR communications. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire HR process, including attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining high-performing employees. Your goal is to ensure an effective and engaged workforce through strategic employee management. You will work closely with staff and team leads to align HR strategies with business objectives and cultivate a positive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and productivity.
Job Description
- Manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, and the enhancement of HR systems.
- Manage the implementation of employment policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, best practices, and workforce development standards.
- Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer the performance review program to promote continuous employee development.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and support to colleagues, helping to identify individual strengths and development needs.
- Manage compensation structures, ensure competitive benefits packages, and administer payroll.
- Collaborate with management to ensure strategic HR goals align with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the HR field (working experience in technology or global companies will be a plus)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, Arabic, and French with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Passion in games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Morocco will be a plus
