Casablanca Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)

As a Marketing Associate, you will handle end-to-end marketing initiatives for our game, which includes executing and reviewing the current plan, generating new ideas and marketing plan, and creating reports for marketing performance

Job Description
  • Creating and executing a strong marketing strategy & execution plan for our game publishing in various marketing channels, including social media, community, KOLs, performance marketing, and offline events.
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all marketing channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and media channels
  • Evaluate and recommend marketing and partnership plans by identifying a potential opportunity, and executing the approved plans
  • Working closely with designers and video editors to produce creative contents for any marketing use
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in creating end-to-end marketing plans and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to plan an excellent marketing campaign that has a great impact on the users
  • Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
  • Highly creative; able to see the big picture and level up the team's creative ideas, but detailed and meticulous in analysis, tracking, and metrics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic, French, and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in the MENA regions; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
