Your Mission

The Product Specialist role plays a crucial role in optimizing in-game user experiences and driving smooth live operations. By leveraging deep insights into game mechanics and user understanding, analysing data and conducting market research, optimize our product operations and campaigns, and provide the best game experience through creating fun and engaging features for diverse player segments. 

Your Quest

• Delivering smooth game live operations: conduct event configuration, various testing and QA for game. Champion the improvements of tools for the benefit of Live Operations efficiency and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay in constant contact with international operation teams to ensure high quality product live operations, live updates, to monitor and report any bugs, hack, cheat issues and follow through.
• Conduct market research & user research, keep close relations with game communities to stay updated on users’ insights, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to improve user acquisition, retention and experience
• Work with the development and Product teams on implementation details and proactively provide suggestions for improvement from an end user perspective at an early stage                
• Monitor, analyze, and generate insightful reports on product performance, user metrics, and provide recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Supporting other product operations tasks: from Localization, Customer support, Quality Assurance, Testing and other tasks as required

Your Stats

• A deep love for gaming with experience of playing different game genres, familiarity with mobile games with a keen eye for identifying game operational issues is a must-have
• Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience, with experience in Product operations, business analytics or related fields in Digital Product industry is a plus.
• Proven track record in analytical skills, including the ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, including make appropriate assumptions, and perform insightful analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Data Visualization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow process meticulously and take ownership of assigned tasks, to ensure accuracy in Product operations.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-work environment, deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
• Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English
