Senior Associate, Executive Assistant
Job Description
- Manage calendars of key executives, efficiently coordinating schedules and appointments across global time zones. Ensure timely and appropriate allocation of time for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the actions required are addressed in a timely manner.
- Support travel arrangements for both international and domestic trips.
- Manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time and provide seamless support to senior leaders by prioritizing critical business activities effectively.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
- At least 2 years of relevant full-time experience in executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant or relevant roles
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Presentation)
- Meticulous and attention-to-detail
- Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
