Job Description
  • Manage calendars of key executives, efficiently coordinating schedules and appointments across global time zones. Ensure timely and appropriate allocation of time for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the actions required are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Support travel arrangements for both international and domestic trips.
  • Manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time and provide seamless support to senior leaders by prioritizing critical business activities effectively.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
  • At least 2 years of relevant full-time experience in executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant or relevant roles
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Presentation)
  • Meticulous and attention-to-detail
  • Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
