Marketing Lead (Shooter Game)
Job Description
- Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution across digital, community, KOL, esports, and offline channels.
- Own the marketing roadmap, campaign direction, budget planning, timeline management, and performance tracking.
- Guide team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and strong campaign results.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on player insights, market trends, competitor analysis, and campaign performance.
- Set clear campaign objectives, success metrics, and post-campaign learnings to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage key partners, agencies, KOLs, and community stakeholders to maximize campaign impact and ensure brand alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administation, Arts or related field.
- Strong passion for the Shooter genre with a strong understanding of player communities.
- Strong experience in overall marketing with strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to execution.
- Experience in campaign planning, event management, and KOL/influencer marketing.
- Ability to interpret data and player behavior into actionable insights.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
