About The Position

We're on the hunt for a visionary (Senior) Esports Marketing to join our Hanoi-based Arena of Valor (AoV) Esports Team and stear our Marketing efforts in the exciting world of esports and media collaborations. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing innovative marketing plans, creating engaging content production and analyzing performance metrics to elevate our brand presence in the gaming community.

YOUR MISSION

You run the show — literally. As Broadcast Producer at Garena Vietnam, you own the full production cycle: pre-show planning, live execution, and the post-show debrief that makes the next one sharper. You work across product, marketing, talent, and technical crews to make broadcast day feel seamless — even when it isn't. When the stream goes live, it's your call.
